Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 24, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the membership offered by The Healing Dance Program, created and operated by Tamara Nazon (“the Owner”). By joining or continuing to participate, the Member agrees to the following.


1. Program Content & Delivery

1.1 Program Components
Members receive access to: a session library, monthly Healing Dance Practices, integration activities, community space, bonus materials, and occasional live events.

1.2 Monthly Course Delivery
One new Healing Dance Practice, along with its integration material,s is released once per month (typically on the last Sunday of the month).

1.3 Force Majeure
If unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, illness, emergencies, etc.) prevent a course from being released as scheduled, it will be delivered as soon as reasonably possible. This delay does not entitle Members to refunds or partial refunds.

1.4 Course Specifications
Because the Program has evolved over time, older recordings may differ in technical quality from newer ones. All content remains fully accessible, and the Member understands that course length, format, and style may vary month to month.

1.5 Bonus Materials & Live Events
The frequency of bonus materials and live events may vary.

1.6 Live Event Cancellations
If a live event must be cancelled, the Owner will first attempt to offer a new date.
If rescheduling is not possible, Members will receive an alternative resource of comparable value from the Program in place of the event.

1.7 Program Structure

The overall format, structure, and features of the Program may evolve over time as the work develops. Members will be informed of any significant changes.


2. Financial & Membership Terms

2.1 Recurring Subscription
The membership renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly).

2.2 Pricing & Taxes
All prices include applicable taxes. The Owner may update pricing in the future; current Members will always keep their current rate until they cancel.

2.3 Billing Information
Members must keep their payment information up to date. Failed payments may result in suspended access until the balance is paid.

2.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe via Podia.

2.5 Free Trials
Free trials are limited to one per person.

2.6 Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are offered unless required by Canadian consumer protection law or expressly approved in writing by the Owner.

2.7 Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time through their Podia account settings.
Members who were added through a personal invitation must request cancellation by email.
Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.


3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership
All content inside the program—including videos, audios, PDFs, guided practices, and live recordings—is created for your personal practice only and remains the property of The Healing Dance Program.

To protect the integrity of this work, materials are for streaming access only. They may not be downloaded (except certain post-session packs), screen-recorded, shared with non-members, or repurposed.


4. Safety, Boundaries & Disclaimers

4.1 Nature of the Program
The Healing Dance Program is not psychotherapy, medical care, psychological counselling, or a form of clinical treatment.
The content is designed for embodied learning, self-expression, and personal exploration.

4.2 Medical Disclaimer
Members are responsible for seeking medical or mental-health support when needed.
The Program should not be used as a substitute for professional care.

4.3 Age Eligibility
The Program is intended for adults. If a minor participates, they must have written consent and supervision from a parent or guardian.

4.4 Assumption of Risk
The practices in the Program involve physical movement and emotional exploration, which can carry inherent risks. By participating, Members accept these risks and release the Owner from liability related to injury, distress, or adverse reactions that may occur.

4.5 Live Event Recording
If a live event is recorded, Members will be informed. Joining a recorded event counts as consent to appear in the recording of the session. Cameras and microphones may be kept off at any time.


5. Community, Conduct & Communication

5.1 Community Expectations
Members agree to engage respectfully.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

5.2 Communication Boundaries
The Owner participates in community interactions but cannot offer individualized therapeutic advice or respond to every message.

5.3 Crisis Boundaries
The Program is not a crisis service.
If a Member is in crisis, they must contact local emergency or mental-health services immediately.

5.4 Termination
The Owner may revoke access without refund if a Member breaches these T&Cs.


6. Legal Terms

6.1 Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada.

6.2 Acceptance of Updated Terms
Members who continue to use the Program after updates to these T&Cs automatically agree to the revised terms.
