With a Master’s in Dance Movement Therapy and decades of dance training, I have facilitated this work for hundreds of clients in group workshops and private practice, while sharing these tools, with an impact of nearly 1 million YouTube views.
I built this program to bridge the gap between clinical somatic depth and the pure freedom of dance.

The Healing Dance Program is a space for adults (18+) of all ages and mobilities. Whether you are 25 or 75, this practice is designed to meet you where you are.
No fitness level required. We don't focus on how the movement looks (mechanics); we focus on how it feels (sensation).
The sessions are designed to be inclusive and adaptable to accommodate individuals with various physical abilities. Keep in mind that some parts are guided standing up, lying down,, jumping, and turning, but you can always adapt to what is more accessible to you. Throughout the sessions, I'll guide you with my voice through different prompts and movements. You're welcome to adapt the prompts or even visualize the movements in your mind. It's essential to always listen to your body and honour its abilities and limits. If you have specific concerns or require accommodations, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
No — these sessions and practices are not therapy, although they can beautifully complement it.
Healing Dance is a somatic, creative, mind-body, practice — not a clinical intervention. Nothing shared or experienced during a session is meant to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
