I'm a Dance Movement Therapist and dancer who helps people move healing out of their heads and into their bodies so they can show up in life with presence, freedom, and creative power.
I started dance classes at the age of five, and it quickly became the one place I felt fully alive.
After two decades of dance training, I completed a Master's Degree in Dance Movement Therapy at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, specializing in psychodynamic and psychosomatic therapy, as well as movement analysis and embodiment.
My facilitation is deeply informed by my Haitian heritage, with a cultural lineage that honours dance and music as vital gateways to emotional freedom, collective healing, and raw expression.
Through clinical practice, I worked with individuals of all walks of life, from kids on the autism spectrum to teenagers battling eating disorders.
I saw how powerful it was to bring the body into the healing process and decided I needed to share this work with as many people as possible. I created my YouTube channel, started working with clients 1:1, and created workshops, eventually creating my own approach: Healing Dance.
Healing Dance is the result of my years of experience, but also my own journey. Through injury, grief, and everyday life challenges, in those moments of forced stillness, when my body felt it was giving up on me, came a deep level of power and wisdom that radically changed how I approach life, and the honour I give to the human body and the power of movement.
In this 2-day event, I’ll show you how to access that same intuitive power with an easy practice that fits into your life every single day. Let's reclaim the freedom of our bodies and make space for ease, joy, and creativity!

DAY 1 · SATURDAY, JUNE 20, 2026
Find what your body needs
You may feel like you have all the tools in the world, but are overwhelmed by choice and lack of capacity.
On day 1, we'll:
Identify your biggest current energy leaks.
Move through four distinct movement qualities together so you can feel (not guess) which ones regulate your nervous system, which ones release emotion, and which ones drain you further.
You'll walk away with your energy map and practices that actually work for your body right now!
DAY 2 · SUNDAY, JUNE 21, 2026
Your movement blueprint
Where it all comes together. Day 2 is about ease and sustainability. We will:
Design your daily healing movement routine based on what you discovered in day 1
Practice what to do on the days you don't feel like moving or motivation is limited, with low-energy somatic options that adapt to your needs
You'll leave with a daily plan that works with your schedule and a clear sense of what to do when motivation disappears.
Absolutely no dance experience necessary! Healing Dance is open to all. It's a space of curiosity and showing up just as we are. Whether you are a seasoned dancer, getting back to movement after a pause, or it's your very first time, this space is for you.
Live sessions are at 12pm EDT. If that doesn't work for you, the recordings will be available until June 26.
You walk away with your own movement blueprint that's yours to keep and use forever. On Day 2, I'll also open enrolment for my upcoming course if you want to go deeper.
The workshops will include a combination of talking, moving, and sharing for those who want.
The practices shown vary between standing, seated, and lying down and vary between calm and still to higher energy. Music is used in the background. Participants will be encouraged to adapt the movements to their own capacity and accessibility needs.
If a movement does not work for you, you can also visualize the motion. These 2 days are about moving with your body and energy, and finding what works for you.
