What You'll Find Inside

The Bridge is built in layers, with a practice for your every capacity and need

The Bridge Notes

Daily, micro moments of embodiment, from wherever you are.

These quick voice practices are made for the reality of daily life. You listen right where you are, tune into your body's signals, and carry on with your day.

How it works:

Each day, Tamara will send you a personal voice practice to clear your mind and drop into your body in just a few moments, without stopping what you're doing.

These are designed to be listened to right now, in the exact spot you are standing, and help you attune your body and its needs.

The notes build on themselves, so that you can gradually train a mind-body connection that stays with you throughout your day.

An Unbreakable Connection

With time doing the Bridge Notes, you'll notice:

  • Your body becomes your baseline & ally: Returning to yourself becomes second nature.

  • You feel more anchored within the chaos: You develop a daily moment of calm, even in the middle of chaos.

  • You listen to your body and catch early signs of stress & fatigue: You hear your body's signals earlier and release tension before it takes root.

  • The micro-shifts build up: These tiny daily moments quietly build into a massive, unbreakable connection to yourself.

All this, in just a few minutes a day, without changing where you are

The Bridge Path

You'll learn about and integrate themes like:

  • Nurture low capacity and freeze states,

  • Setting boundaries

  • How to engage in play as an adult

  • Managing overstimulation and technology overwhelm

Hi, I'm Tamara

I'm a Dance Movement Therapist and dancer who helps people move healing out of their heads and into their bodies so they can show up in life with presence, freedom, and creative power.

After two decades of dance training, I completed a Master's Degree in Dance Movement Therapy at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, specializing in psychodynamic and psychosomatic therapy, as well as movement analysis and embodiment.

My facilitation is deeply informed by my Haitian heritage, with a cultural lineage that honours dance and music as vital gateways to emotional freedom, collective healing, and raw expression.

Through clinical practice I worked with people from every walk of life, from kids on the autism spectrum to teenagers in eating disorder recovery.

I saw how powerful it is bring the body into the healing and growth. I decided to share my work with more people, leading to my YouTube channel, 1:1 work, and my own approach, Healing Dance.

My own season of forced stillness:

Two years ago, I had a brain injury. Though it was challenging, it taught me how powerful the brain is, how fragile our nervous systems are, and how resilient our bodies can be.

Through my recovery, what made the difference was when I stopped pushing through each day.

Instead, I built small habits and routines that left me feeling anchored, grounded, and connected to my body in a way that felt simple and easy.

That's the work I'm sharing with you in The Bridge.

So many of us are moving through demanding lives inside a system that always wants more. Even the tools meant to help us can become another source of stress. With The Bridge, I wanted to build something that comes to you instead. It adapts to your hardest days and still sustains your potential and creativity.

Built from my heart to yours.

From Chasing Perfection to Building Capacity

Life is full of challenges and stressful moments. However, what the Bridge will help you do is to build your capacity to bounce back.

To accept the difficult emotions that arise and learn to move through them instead of staying stuck in your head. To make decisions that are more aligned with your needs.

Taking a break instead of pushing past your limit. Saying no instead of filling your calendar with commitments.

The Bridge helps you face the demands of your daily life without getting completely knocked out by them. It helps you reconnect with what makes you feel alive and free.

What People Say About My Work

I was interested in online dance and movement therapy, and that’s how I discovered Tamara’s mini-sessions on YouTube. I liked them and decided to book a one-to-one session with her.
I benefited greatly from it. It was relaxing, and I enjoyed the rhythm and the flow. Tamara guided me gently through movement and written reflections to help me go deeper. She managed to create a holding environment online where I felt safe.

The discovery I made during the session was meaningful for me. It helped me manage life’s stressors and make the most of the opportunities in front of me.
I can recommend her therapy to everybody; she is truly a great therapist with expertise, empathy, and creativity.

Alla

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for your videos. I have been wanting to find something like this for a long time.

I love how you bring dance and movement linked with self-awareness and processing of emotions. I have been doing your videos at least 2 or 3 times a week since I have found them.

I love the gentleness and power that you bring in those videos as well. It is such a great start of the day as it shifts my energy in the right direction and let go of all the anxiety and stress that are not needed. Thank you for bringing that focus on healing and empowerment. I am so very grateful.

Marie

“I’ve been so stressed and my body has been itching and feeling weird and THIS is the only thing so far that has brought me back down. Thank you.”

A. C.

I just want to say thank you so much for this video. It not only helped me physically, my hips were so tight, but also emotionally while trying to heal my relationship with my femininity. I had tears running down my face and felt so connected to myself doing it.

Lauren

"I literally was about to start stress eating until your video popped up. You saved me from a binge. Thank you."

Y. Y.

This was so helpful to me! By the end of the routine I felt an immense healing energy, an unblocking that went so deeply I didn’t even expect it. I’ve tried other hip routines before, but nothing ever felt like this. Thank you for creating something that actually reaches the emotional layer

You are full of creativity and dreams.

Deep inside, you feel the value and power you hold.

Let the Bridge carry you when you have no more energy left, and propel you when your inner power soars!

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when I sign up?

When you sign up, you will receive a confirmation by email and instructions to be ready for The Bridge.

The Bridge will officially begin on June 28.

What if I feel uncomfortable dancing and moving?

That's okay, you're not alone! This space is open to all. It's a space of curiosity and showing up just as we are. We'll be practicing accepting ourselves and expressing ourselves despite our inner critic. Don't forget I'm there for support with weekly Q&A so I can support you with this. Also, the Bridge notes can be done wherever you are and allow you to connect with your body with no movement, just presence.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing bad happens. In fact, learning how to miss a day without spiralling into guilt or quitting entirely is a core piece of the work we are doing here. The Bridge will adapt to you. With the support, live calls and Q&A, we'll help you find your rhythm

When does The Bridge begin?

The Bridge's first cohort begins on June 28, which is when you will receive week one. The rest of the material will be released every week, and you will have lifetime access to the program.

Can I join after the cohort begins?

No. On June 28, the group will be closed.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. You can request a full refund by email up until the end of Week 1 of The Bridge (July 5th). There will be no refunds after this date.

How much time does this take each week?

Less than you think. You get daily Bridge Notes for embodiment practices that you can do right where you are in just a few minutes. If you want to go deeper, each week comes with one 15-minute practice and a 5-minute version for the days you have nothing left. You move at the pace your body has that day!

What can I expect in terms of the environment, music, and physical intensity of the sessions?

The Bridge Notes are meant to be low stimulation. They are voice notes you can listen to with no music. The practices shown vary between standing, seated, and lying down and vary between calm and still to higher energy. Music is used in the background. Participants will be encouraged to adapt the movements to their own capacity and accessibility needs.

I've already done a lot of therapy and inner work. Will this be more of the same?

Not at all. In fact, the Bridge complements other work like therapy.

It focuses on embodiment, somatic work, and strengthening your mind-body connection. Perfect if you've done a lot of inner work but are ready to feel the shift in your body.

Will the live sessions be recorded?

Yes! The live sessions on week 3 and 6 will both be recorded and added to their corresponding weeks.
